The promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by 433 B.V. (“433”). It is open to people globally, aged 18 and over, except where prohibited by law. The following people cannot take part: (a) employees and contractors of 433, the Prize Provider (defined below) or their respective affiliates; (b) anyone connected in a professional capacity with the Promotion; and (c) the immediate family members of anyone in (a) or (b). Participants must have a 433 app account. Each participant may use only one (1) account. Participants found using more than one account will be disqualified.


Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, any amendments to them, and the decisions of 433, which are final and binding in all respects. 433 may disqualify any participant from the Promotion if, in its sole judgment, the participant:

  • has not complied with these terms and conditions;

  • has tampered with the operation of the Promotion or the leaderboards, including through cheating, bots, exploits or score manipulation; or

  • has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to 433, the Prize Provider, the Promotion or any other participant.


433 is not responsible for lost, incomplete, invalid or unrecorded scores, which will not count. It is also not responsible for:

  • technical failures of any kind, including electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software;

  • any failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, or any combination of these;

  • any error, human, technical or otherwise; or

  • any injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s device related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion, or accessing or downloading information in connection with it.


433 may modify, cancel or suspend the Promotion at its sole discretion for any reason, including a computer virus, bug, or other cause beyond its control. Scores recorded after a leaderboard has closed will not count towards that week.

The Promotion runs for five (5) consecutive weeks, from 00:00:00 UTC on 26 October 2026 to 23:59:59 UTC on 29 November 2026. Each week, 433 will award four (4) prizes, one for each of the four games in the 433 app. In total, 433 will award twenty (20) prizes. Each prize is one (1) digital download code for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. Of these, ten (10) codes are for PC and ten (10) codes are for PlayStation.

Each weekly leaderboard closes on Sunday at 23:59:59 UTC. The participant ranked first on each game’s leaderboard at closing time wins that week’s prize for that game.

Each participant can win only one (1) prize during the entire Promotion. If the top-ranked participant has already won a prize, or is not eligible, the prize goes to the next-ranked eligible participant, and so on. If the same participant ranks first on more than one leaderboard in the same week, they win the prize for the game that comes first in this order: "433 Baller", "Ball Run", "Crusher", "Penalty Shootout". The next eligible participant on each other leaderboard wins that leaderboard’s prize.

If two or more participants have the same score, the participant who reached that score first wins.

Each winner will be randomly assigned a platform (PC or PlayStation) from the codes still available at the time of allocation. The assigned platform is final. Prizes cannot be exchanged for a code for another platform, transferred to another person, or exchanged for cash. Codes may be subject to the platform holder’s and publisher’s terms, including regional restrictions.

Only participants aged 18 or older at the time of closing are eligible to win. 433 may ask a winner for proof of age before awarding the prize. If a winner cannot provide this within 3 days, or does not respond within that period, 433 will award the prize to the next eligible participant.

433 will notify winners via the email address linked to their 433 app account within 3 days of the leaderboard closing, and will deliver the prize code by the same means.

  • (iii) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond their reasonable control;

  • (iv) any postponement, delay or changes that may affect a prize, caused by events beyond their reasonable control; or

  • (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.


(d) General Release: By participating in the Promotion, you release 433, the Prize Provider, relevant third parties, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, except as prohibited by law.


(e) Amendment: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 433 may change these terms or cancel the Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.


(f) Governing Law: These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rules in the participant’s country of residence.
