The competition is open to entrants over 14 years of age. The competition is open worldwide
where participation is acceptable by local law. 433 BV employees and associates are excluded from the draw.


By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.


There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.


In order to participate, a user must (I) download the 433 app, (II) create an account, and (III)
comment on the giveaway post on the app feed.

  • One (1) Playstation Portal awarded to a randomly selected participant who
    complies with the rules. The winner will be contacted after the end of the competition.

The use of specific brands as prizes by 433 BV does not imply any affiliation with or
endorsement of such brands.


All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be
provided. In case of refusal of the prize by the winner, the prize will in principle be forfeited.


If the prize consists of admission or tickets for an event, no compensation may be claimed in
the event that the event in question is cancelled or postponed.


The prizes will be paid out in the condition they are in. 433 BV is not responsible for any
visible or hidden defects to the prizes nor for any damage during the delivery (shipment) of the prize.


433 BV reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances
beyond its control require doing so.


The use of specific brands as prizes by 433 BV does not imply any affiliation with or

The winners of all prizes will be notified after the conclusion of the competition via the email
address provided on sign-up to the 433 app.

433 BV will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the
second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and 433 BV reserves the right to select and
notify a new winner.

Correspondence with winners under the age of 18 must be conducted by a legal parent or
guardian.

433 BV reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at
any time and without prior notice.

The General Terms and Conditions and any agreement that exists between 433 BV and the
participant shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes that may arise as a
result of the agreement between 433 BV and the participant, or any agreement that may be
the result thereof, shall be settled exclusively by the court in Amsterdam, unless the
participant is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and has made known,
within one month after 433 BV has invoked this provision in writing, that they choose to settle
the dispute before the court that is competent according to the law.
