Which countries do you ship to?
This depends on the product you're ordering. In general we ship to most countries in the EU and the United States. Of course there is some exceptions. During check-out you'll see whether your country is available in the list.
We expect to ship on a more global scale soon.
When will I receive my order?
Your order within Europe will be delivered between 7 - 10 working days after placing the order. For orders placed outside of Europe, please allow 9 - 12 working days for your order to arrive. In case you didn't receive your order after this period, please contact us.
Do you have a tracking number for the shipment of my order?
Yes, you'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. If you've only purchased an ebook, you won't receive an email with tracking link.
I have provided wrong address information. How can I change this?
Your address information can be changed before the period of sale has come to an end. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and mention your order number and the correct information. After the period of sale is complete, the address can't be changed anymore.

I haven't received an order confirmation. What now?
You should have received an order confirmation after ordering. Please check your spam inbox. If it isn’t in your spam inbox, please check your bank account to see if your payment has been completed. If the order confirmation isn’t in your spam inbox and the payment was completed, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of payment and your credentials.
I have received my product but it is faulty. What now?
Goods are considered faulty when they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. If your 433 product is damaged as a result of wear and tear they will not be classified to be faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. In order to return your product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to find the right solution.
The product I have received is not to my liking or doesn't fit. Can I return it and get a refund?
Yes, it is possible to return your products in order to receive another size or get a refund. However, we do not have a free return policy. You will have to cover the shipping costs of returning the product back to us. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to return your product and mention the reason, the preferred solution and your order number and we will do our best to help you in the best way possible.
How do I return a product?
Before returning the product, please contact us through email@example.com. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same package for shipment to make sure your return is processed as quickly as possible. All items should be returned in their original packaging. Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 21 days. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted by 433.
Which payment methods can be used?
You can pay with MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Visa, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, Bancontact Mistercash, and PayPal.
What are my shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the shipping address and the size and type of your order. Final shipping costs are calculated during checkout. The shipping costs are as following:

- Belgium €4.95
- United Kingdom €12.95
- The rest of Europe €6.95
- United States €19
Can I cancel my order?
You can choose to cancel your order within 14 days after your order has been delivered. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and mention your order number and your request to cancel your order. If you have already received your order, or we have already shipped your order, you will have to return it. Only after we have received your return, we will refund the order amount.
My order had been cancelled. What should I do now?
Orders can be cancelled because we're unable to complete the payment. Please contact your bank to find out what the problem could be. Our webshop accepts various payment methods. You can try placing a new order and select a different payment method.
